
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on stretching the body, calming the nervous system and creating stillness. Open to beginners. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes, targeting the body’s connective tissues, joints, and fascia to improve flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. This calming style encourages mindfulness, relaxation, and a deeper connection between body and breath. The class will include a guided meditation to encourage relaxation and stilling of the mind.
